Physician for Rare Diseases Virtual Hub (for Ukraine Crisis Response) Ref. S40-2022

We are searching a Physician to work an international project: to provide answers to the patients, health providers and hospitals and NGOs who are related to Rare Disease management and are seeking for help due to the Ukranian crisis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define triage protocol jointly with team nurse and apply it.
• Protocolize the activity of the Hub jointly with team nurse.
• Decide the best response strategy and delegate it to the pertinent organization for requests regarding clinical needs.
• Perform triage to received requests.

• Interact with multiple profiles:
  • Patients, families, organizations, professionals or any entity that is having a clinical request.
  • Technician profiles and channel the received requests.
  • Frontline operator to reach an agreement on the messages to communicate to the requester.
• Develop or support the development of clinical action protocols (joint with nurse and technical profile).
• Develop or support the development of patient/ professional/ organizations fluxes
• Provide support to the technicians.
• Identify gaps and elevate them.

DAY SCHEDULE AND CONTRACT:

• The working day will be at 100%, from Monday to Friday with midday break. Hours: from 8:00h to 16:44h.
• The project will last 6 months. Possibility to extend after that.
